Cottage Rental for Large Groups
Each of our three cottages accommodates up to 15 guests, making them ideal for events of any size — corporate parties, family gatherings, birthday celebrations, and even weddings.
Rental Terms — Cottages #1–3
- Rate: 27,600 RUB/night for up to 12 guests; 1,700 RUB/night per additional guest beyond 12. Breakfast is not included.
- Check-in from 2:00 PM; check-out by 12:00 PM.
- Additional services are charged separately according to the current price list.
What’s Included in the Rental Rate
- 6 double rooms, each with a private bathroom;
- 2 hours in the Finnish sauna;
- 2 hours of Russian billiards;
- 3 hours in a gazebo (subject to availability);
- Access to the BBQ area.
Add-On Services
The Hunter’s Room
A cosy first-floor lounge with a unique rustic interior — perfect for a private celebration or a relaxed evening with friends.
Capacity: up to 12 guests.
Hunter’s Room rental rates:
- 700 RUB/hour — for groups of up to 10;
- 1,000 RUB/hour — for groups of 11 to 15.
Finnish Sauna
Located on the first floor of each cottage, the sauna features a steam room, a separate lounge for 8–12 guests, a plunge pool (depth 1.8 m), a shower, and a changing room. Bath linens and slippers are provided.
Rates:
- 1,000 RUB/hour for groups of up to 6;
- +200 RUB/hour per additional guest.
Booking conditions:
- Minimum booking: 2 hours;
- Must be reserved at least 2 hours in advance.
Outdoor Gazebos
The property has four gazebos — three smaller ones and one large. Gazebos can be reserved no earlier than 1 day before the desired date. Tableware is available upon request; charcoal is not provided.
Gazebo rental rates:
- 2,500 RUB for the first 3 hours;
- 500 RUB for each additional hour.
“Grill, Steam & Relax” Package
A combined 5-hour package that includes the sauna and a BBQ gazebo.
Package rates:
- 7,000 RUB — for groups of up to 10;
- 10,000 RUB — for groups of up to 20.
Russian Billiards
The billiards room on the third floor of each cottage offers a professional table with premium cloth in a warm club-like atmosphere, complete with a lounge area featuring comfortable seating and a TV.
Billiards rates:
- 350 RUB/hour for 1 to 6 players;
- +100 RUB/hour per additional player.
When booking the Hunter’s Room, Finnish sauna, or a gazebo, guests are welcome to use the shared kitchen (tableware available upon request) and the BBQ area to prepare their favourite dishes.
