This “Consent to Personal Data Processing” is developed and applied in accordance with the Constitution of the Russian Federation, Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 “On Personal Data”, Federal Law No. 149-FZ of 27.07.2006 “On Information, Information Technologies and Information Protection”, Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1853 of 18.11.2020 “On Approval of the Rules for the Provision of Hotel Services in the Russian Federation”, and other regulatory acts on personal data protection applicable within the Russian Federation.
I hereby give my consent to Joint Stock Company “Corporation GRINN”, TIN 4629045050, address: 241037, Bryansk, Bryanskogo Fronta St., 2 (hereinafter referred to as the Operator) to process the following personal data provided by me when booking Accommodation on the Operator’s website, through my personal account on the website, or in any other manner, for the purpose of arranging and fulfilling the Accommodation booking, including the provision of additional services at the Operator’s Accommodation Facility:
- last name, first name, middle name (if any);
- contact information (phone number, email address);
- citizenship;
- gender;
- residential address;
- date of birth (day/month/year);
- identity document details (series, number, date of issue, issuing authority code, issuing authority name, country of birth, region, district, city, locality).
To achieve the above purpose, the Operator may perform any actions (operations) or combinations of actions (operations), carried out both with and without automation tools, with the personal data indicated above, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (provision, access), anonymization, blocking, deletion, and destruction of personal data.
I give my consent to the Operator to transfer (provide, grant access to) the above personal data to the following legal entity acting on behalf of the Operator: LLC “Travel Line Systems”, TIN 1215180595, OGRN 1141215003214, legal address: 424031, Republic of Mari El, Yoshkar-Ola, Komsomolskaya St., 112, for the purpose of business process automation, centralized data storage and management, as well as for performing the following actions (operations) with the data: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (provision, access), anonymization, blocking, deletion, destruction.
I am informed that the Operator uses Yandex.Metrica on its website to collect information about website usage. The data will be transferred to and stored on Yandex servers. The information obtained through Yandex.Metrica is used solely to improve services on this website. The Operator does not combine information received through Yandex.Metrica with personal data. I confirm that the personal data I have provided is accurate, up-to-date, and reliable. I also undertake to promptly inform the Operator about any changes to my personal data via email: hotell@grinncorp.ru, or in writing to the address: Oryol Region, Oryol, Kromskoye Highway, 4.
This consent enters into force at the moment it is provided by checking the corresponding box on the Operator’s website. The consent is valid for 12 months from the date of signing or until the consent is withdrawn.
In accordance with Part 2, Article 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data”, I reserve the right to withdraw this consent by sending such a withdrawal to the email address: hotell@grinn-corp.ru, or in writing to: Oryol Region, Oryol, Kromskoye Highway, 4.
I am informed that in the event of withdrawal of this consent, the Operator is entitled to continue processing my personal data without my consent if grounds specified in Paragraphs 2–11, Part 1, Article 6, and Part 2, Article 10 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data” apply.
